Our Cheer Kids Programme caters for children age 4 and over and is an hour long Cheer-ful class where your child can learn the basics of Cheerleading while working towards a comprehensive Awards Scheme.
This session is all about having fun, making friends, learning new skills, completing the Cheerleading Award Stages and earning their badges along the way.
Cheerleading is sport that builds strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, and power. As well as developing their physical literacy it also provides a fantastic opportunity for children to work together as a team, develop discipline, self confidence, social skills, interaction and leadership skills.
The Cheer Kids programme is a great starting block for anyone interested in Cheerleading and whether you continue in this class or wish to progress into one of our competitive teams, it is sure to be a lot of fun!
